Products, services, and pricing

Automation and data services scoped before payment.

Every engagement starts with a written scope, timeline, price, payment terms, and acceptance criteria. Dragonflow sends Wise invoices or payment links only after that quote is approved.

Engagement process

What happens before a Wise payment link is sent.

  1. Request review

Dragonflow reviews the request, confirms the business need, and asks for enough detail to scope the work.

  2. Written scope

The customer receives a written scope with services, deliverables, acceptance criteria, timeline, price, payment terms, and relevant policy links.

  3. Approval and payment

Only after written approval does Dragonflow send a Wise invoice or payment link in United States Dollars (USD, $).

  4. Delivery and support

Work is delivered through agreed milestones, with support terms and cancellation rights stated in the approved scope.
