Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

These policies apply unless a signed statement of work says otherwise. Customers must acknowledge this policy in the service request form before submitting a request.

Refund policy

  • Payments are requested only after the customer approves a written quote or statement of work.
  • Deposits are refundable before scheduled work begins, excluding non-refundable third-party fees already approved by the customer.
  • After work begins, refunds are limited to undelivered work. Completed milestones, approved deliverables, and time already performed are not refundable.
  • Monthly support fees are refundable only for unused future service periods when cancellation is accepted before the next service period starts.
  • Refund requests can be sent to support@dragonflow.io and are reviewed within five business days.

Cancellation policy

  • Customers may cancel a project before work begins by written notice to Dragonflow.
  • For active fixed-scope projects, customers may cancel future work with written notice. Dragonflow will invoice completed work and approved third-party costs through the cancellation date.
  • Monthly support plans may be cancelled with at least five business days' notice before the next billing date.
  • Dragonflow may pause or cancel service if required customer access, approvals, or information are not provided after reasonable follow-up.

Returns

Dragonflow sells professional services and digital deliverables, not physical goods. Physical returns generally do not apply. If a written scope includes a physical item, return handling will be stated in that scope before payment.

Click-to-accept acknowledgment

The service request form requires customers to click a checkbox confirming that they have read and accept this Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Terms of Service before the form can be submitted.
