Payments and Billing

Dragonflow does not host card checkout on dragonflow.io. Payment links and invoices are sent only after a customer approves a written quote.

Payment process

Customers first submit a request or contact Dragonflow at support@dragonflow.io. Dragonflow then provides a written quote or statement of work. A Wise invoice or Wise payment link is sent only after the customer approves that written scope.

Transaction currency

Dragonflow quotes and requests payment in United States Dollars (USD, $) unless a written scope states otherwise. Any applicable third-party fees, taxes, or platform costs are disclosed in writing before payment.

Card-network marks

Card payments, when available through Wise-hosted payment links, may use the card-network brands shown below. Dragonflow does not collect card details on this website.

Dragonflow is based in the United States. Dragonflow is operated as Dragonflow — a service of Periplio LLC, with address 68 HARRISON AVE, STE 605 NUM 764178, Boston, MA 02111, United States of America.

Payment security

Card and payment details are transmitted through Wise-hosted payment pages or Wise invoice flows. Dragonflow does not ask customers to enter card numbers, card security codes, or bank credentials into dragonflow.io. Service request data submitted on dragonflow.io is transmitted to the server over HTTPS in production and is used to prepare quotes and respond to support needs.

Receipts and billing records

Wise or Dragonflow may provide payment confirmations, invoices, or receipts depending on the payment method used. Customers can request billing help at support@dragonflow.io.
