These terms apply to Dragonflow services unless a signed statement of work says otherwise. Last updated May 14, 2026.
Dragonflow provides workflow automation, browser automation, data pipelines, analytics, lead generation and data sourcing, AI applications, internal tools, and managed automation support. Each paid engagement requires a written quote or statement of work describing the services, deliverables, timeline, price, payment terms, and acceptance criteria.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate requirements, system access, test data, approvals, and decision-maker availability. Delivery dates depend on timely customer feedback, access, and approvals.
Material scope changes may require a revised quote. Third-party software, hosting, model usage, data providers, and platform fees are billed separately when applicable and require customer approval before Dragonflow incurs the cost on the customer's behalf.
Dragonflow retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, know-how, and reusable implementation patterns. Customer-specific deliverables are licensed or assigned as stated in the written scope.
Dragonflow does not host card checkout on dragonflow.io. After a customer approves a written quote, Dragonflow may send a Wise invoice or Wise payment link in United States Dollars (USD, $). Payment details are entered on Wise-hosted pages.
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages to the fullest extent allowed by law. Support commitments, warranties, and acceptance criteria are limited to those written in the approved scope.
